Lou Roush
The owner. Ten years of needle work behind him, building a practice that turns photographs into skin. Calm in the chair, generous with time, obsessed with detail.
Book with Lou→A black & grey tattoo studio for the marks you carry on purpose — and the ones you'll be glad you got. More than ink — memories, milestones, masterpieces.
All Saints began the way most good things do — quietly, and a little obsessively. Owner Matthew Roushey got hold of a tattoo machine, went a little crazy in the best possible way, and seven years later cut the keys to a shop of his own on South Third Street.
What we make here is custom, slow, and deeply personal. Photographs lifted onto skin. Botanical studies in single-needle line. Letters carved like they belong on a chapel wall. The chair is yours for as long as the work needs.
And because Wilmington has been good to us — and because Wilmington has lost too many — we send a portion of every session home with the city that raised us.

Book with Lou→Range you'll have to see to believe — bold traditional one day, anime-inspired the next, dialed-back minimalism the day after. The shop's most versatile hand.
Book with Paul→Quiet hands, ridiculous patience. Specializes in fine-line botanical and animal studies — the kind of work people stop you on the street to ask about.
Book with Jon→The rising hand. New to the shop, not new to the craft — already booking out weeks in advance for micro-realism and lettering. Watch this name.
Book with Miguel→Bring a reference, a story, or a feeling. We sit down — in person or by phone — figure out the piece, where it lives, what it costs, and whose hand it belongs in.
We draw. We refine. The design is locked before you sit in the chair — so when the needle starts, the only decision left is how loud the music should be.
Single-use needles, hospital-grade hygiene, real conversation. You leave with written aftercare and a number you can text if anything looks off.
"Lou is an absolute master of his craft. I came in with a vision of a lion and Jesus tattoo, and he brought it to life beyond anything I could've imagined. The level of detail, shading, and emotion he captured is unreal."
"I booked with Miguel and walked out with the best tattoo!! He was very friendly and supportive through the tough spots, and the other artists were just as kind and knowledgeable."
"I've been getting tattoos from the owner for years, and so have my friends and family. Nothing but kindness and respect every time I come through that door."
"Got my first tattoo here with Jonathan — a fine-line botanical piece on my forearm. He walked me through every step, the studio was spotless, and it healed beautifully. Already booked for round two."
"Paul covered up a 15-year-old tattoo I'd hated for half my life. The new piece is unreal — you'd never know there was anything underneath. Worth every minute in the chair."
"Came to Lou for a memorial piece for my mom. He took the time to really understand what she meant to me before he ever picked up the machine. The portrait looks exactly like her. I cried."
